Delicious! I made this with regular plain yogurt since it's what I had on hand and it turned out wonderfully. I like that I really don't need to use a whole lot of it to give the salad a good flavor. Thanks for posting it. I will definitely be making it again. - 4/18/10

I enjoy Honey Mustard dressings in the restaurant. I am grateful for this recipe. I can make my own and it sounds better since I know what will be in it. Thank you for sharing this recipe for me to make. - 5/21/18

    Bad
249 mg of sodium for 2 TBSP of dressing is outrageous. It makes a healthy salad unhealthy. Dijon mustard also has a lot of sodium.

Use low-sodium soy sauce to reduce the sodium.

My husband has been trying different recipes for this type of dressing, and this is his favorite! We gradually modified the recipe until we are now using full fat Greek yogurt and lilke it. We also use low sodium teriyaki sauce to replace the soy sauce. - 9/4/17

Not bad. I am not a vinegar person, but I think if I cut the balsamic vinegar, it will be much better for me. - 6/22/11
