Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Coho Salmon, 16 oz
    Soy Sauce, 4 T.
    Brown Sugar, 4 tsp
    Honey, 1/2 T.

Directions

Mix Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, and honey together. Brush on fish and let sit 10-15 minutes. Preheat oven in that time to 425, cook until flaky and not pink inside... about 15-20 minutes depending on thickness of salmon.
makes 4 servings. Serve over rice with a small side salad.

    I wasn't sure how to prepare salmon and this recipe turned out great! I changed it a bit based on the reviews so I only put in 1/4 of the sugar, used low sodium soy sauce, and added a bit of lemon juice and the flavor was superb! - 1/21/12

    I did a smiliar recipe and added stone ground mustand to the sugar and soy, and it gave it a spicy, tangy, sweet topping that was really tasty. - 2/12/09
