Ingredients

    1 TBS Granulated Sugar
    1/4 tsp Cinnamon, ground,
    1/4 cup Low fat cream cheese, .
    1 TBS PACKED Brown Sugar
    1/4 Cinnamon, ground
    2 -6" Whole Wheat Tortilla
    1 small Apple, sliced
    Vegetable cooking spray.

Directions

In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar with cinnamon. Set aside.
In another small bowl, mix cream cheese, brown sugar and 1/4 tsp cinnamon with spoon.

Spread cream cheese mixture over tortillas. Place apple slices on cream cheese mixture on 1 tortilla. Top with remaining tortilla, cheese side down. Spray both sides of quesadilla with cooking spray, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.

Heat 10 inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add Quesedilla, cook 2-3 minutes or until bottom is brown and crisp. Turn quesadilla over, cook 2-3 minutes longer or until bottom is brown and crisp.

Remove from skillet to cutting board" let stand 2-3 minutes. Cut into 4 wedges & serve.

Serves 2.

    Thia is a very easy meal to make. Also,it does not take very long to cook.I decided to spray the griddle lightly for cooking.It is very good! - 6/17/11

    Very good, you could probably also use Banana. I used some apple pie seasoning in place of the cinnamon in the cream cheese. - 2/9/10
