I used peanut oil, it gets much hotter than olive oil. I also used chopped garlic and fresh ginger rather than the powdered stuff. Pretty straightforward, and delicious as always. - 7/13/18

I used the vegetables called for, but added mushrooms and did not use almonds. I used some beef bouillon and corn starch to thicken the sauce and served it over brown rice. It is delicious! - 11/30/16

Yum! I just made this for myself only and used a thin sliced NY Strip and just enough veggies for me. Really good. I'll add colored bell peppers too next time. - 11/14/14

I tried this and it was great. I added red bell peppers , and a fiesta mix of vegetables that had snow peas and kidney beans. It was really good. And my kids really liked surprisingly. - 12/19/08
