Ingredients

    1 Pound Lean Ground Sirloin
    1/2 Onion Chopped
    28 GM Treasure cave Reduced fat Blue Cheese Crumbles.
    Salt and Pepper

Directions

Mix beef, onions and salt and pepper. Form 8 very thin pattie. Divide Blue Cheese into four servings. Put cheese on four patties and cover with the other four. Grill and serve.

    I'm going to try this with turkey meat. and maybe a little blackening seasoning instead of the salt. I love blue cheese on burgers and on steaks too - 7/24/09

    They were good. They would have been better with lowfat american cheese. The recipe calls for too many onions. Still ok though. - 1/6/09
