Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups of sugar
    1/2 cup of margarine, softened
    1/2 package ( 8 oz FF cream cheese, softened
    1 egg
    2 egg whites
    2 3/4 cups of flour
    2 teaspoon cream of tartar
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/4 salt ( optional)
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions

HEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES.

MIX SUGAR, MARGARINE,CREAM CHEESE AND
EGGS IN LARGE BOWL. STIR IN FLOUR AND CREAM OF TARTAR, BAKING SODA, AND SALT. COVER AND REFRIGERATE DOUGH FOR 1 HOUR.

SHAPE DOUGH IN TO 1 1/4 INCH BALLS MIX SUGAR AND CINNAMON TOGETHER, ROLL BALLS INTO SUGAR MIXTURE, PLACE 2 INCHES APART ON COOKIE SHEET. FLATTEN EACH BALL WITH BOTTOM OF DRINKING GLASS.

BAKE 8 - 10 MIN OR UNTIL SET. REMOVE FROM COOKIE SHEET TO WIRE RACK.
