Very easy & very tasty! I did saute the chicken in minced garlic to add more flavor and also added garlic powder to the mushrooms as they were sauting.... otherwise this sounded bland. I also used an extra can of cream of mushroom. With the garlic and some salt and pepper... this was excellent! - 1/19/09

Love this one! I used whole wheat penne, and added broccoli and cooked chicken (didn't add mushrooms cause I don't like them). I also added a little garlic and herb feta. So good! Tastes really good heated up the next day too. Everyone loved this. I'm definitely making it again! - 1/15/09

interesting idea...I will try that the next time I make it. I use minced garlic in a lot of my recipes but didn't think about it for this one...Thanks for the suggestion!

My children and I loved it, easy to make and yummy to eat. But my hubby said it didn't have enough taste. We think he has been eating too many pizzas! - 1/6/09

I'm so glad you loved it. I actually have to give credit where credit is due and say that my husband actually came up with this! :) Your husband is probably used to all the salt...have him add some salt next time.

Hi! Glad you loved it! I wouldn't be able to get my kids to eat the whole wheat penne that is why I used the Barilla Plus--at least there are added nutrients! :)
