Quick, easy and high in protein Quick, easy and high in protein
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1/3 cup instant dry milk
    1/4 cup water
    3 eggs
    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp salt
    dash of pepper
    2 tbs butter

Directions

Blend together all ingredients except butter.

In medium skillet melt butter.

When hot, add egg mixture and cook over low heat until set.

Eat up!

    This is a great breakfast! After the mixture was set, I sprinkled on 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese, folded it over, and served. Everyone loved it! Thanks for a great recipe! - 1/5/16
