Introduction

Can be used as snack or dessert Can be used as snack or dessert
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

Sugar Free Jellow (I use raspberry or strawberry banana)

Diet 7up, Diet Cherry 7up, or Diet Sprite (less than one can)

Can of tropical fruit (Dole or DelMonte) sweetened with passion fruit juice (not syrup)...or your favorite LOW CAL fruit or vegetable

    Fat Free Cool Whip

Directions

I took sugarfree raspberry or strawberry banana jello...followed the "quickset" recipe...but used diet cherry 7up instead of the cold water with the ice...it gives it a little bit of sparkle and bubbly flavor. When I dissolved the jello, I added a can of the Dole or DelMonte Tropical Fruit (the kind that is sweetened with passion fruit juice, not syrup). Let it set and top with a dollup of fat free cool whip! It's a great low cal dessert or snack!

I found this reciepe to be perfect for diabetics. Also if you have to control your salt, cholestrol and fat intake. I would say it is great - 4/11/09

I submitted a similar recipe! The best part is that you can eat the entire box of Jello (or generic brand) and it's got very few calories but it makes your fruit dessert stretch THAT much farther. - 3/14/07
