I was pleasantly surprised. I wasn't sure how it would come out considering flank steak can be tough. But it was very tasty and quick to prepare. I served it over brown rice. - 9/25/12

This is a great recipe that replaced my mother-in-law's flank steak recipe. It is much healthier as we use vegible based beef stock starter. My Husband bar-b-ques the flank steak (once again no oil used and less calories) We don't use the Basil. - 5/15/10

    Incredible!
This is really good and fast to make. I used thin steak, sliced it in strips, and added it to the sauce. Served over whole wheat noodles.
    Thanks—
