Ingredients

    1 can Chopped Clams in Clam Juice, drained, liquid reserved
    2 teaspoons Olive Oil
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
    1/4 teaspoon ground oregano or basil leaves
    Dash of freshly ground black pepper

Directions

In a medium saucepan, cook garlic in oil until tender. Add reserved clam liquid and remaining ingredients except clams. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Add clams and heat through, do not boil or clams will be tough. Serve with linquine and parmesan cheese.

    This is awesome!! I added a can of diced tomatoes/Oregano-garlic, and 1/2 cup white rice wine. Served over spaghetti squash. Really really awesome!!! Took a pic to share. - 2/17/13
