I really enjoyed this! In fact, it was so good that I had to eat both portions. I made it with two ounces of Soba noodles instead of rice. I imagine this would really taste fantastic with broccoli. - 3/6/11

This was quite tasty. I think I would use a yellow pepper next time I make it, as I think the colors would be much more attractive. The red pepper was way too close in color to the carrots. I served it over brown Basmati rice and lite soy sauce. Good recipe for tofu. Thanks for sharing. - 7/26/10

Delish! I like the sweetness and saltiness of this dish. Perfect with steaming cup of brown rice. I'm going to make this again and add more veggies or serve it with soba noodles. :) - 5/8/12

I make this quite a bit, but I've never tried it with the hoisin sauce, only the oyster sauce. Will try it this way next time! - 3/16/07
