Ingredients

2 Packages of Buddig Sliced Ham
6 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
1 Jar of Vlasic Whole Pickles

Directions

Take all the pickles out of the jar, dry them off and set them aside.
Spread cream cheese all over each pickle, with an exception of the ends (they will be cut off).
Wrap 2-3 pieces of ham on each pickle to cover the cream cheese.
Set the pickle on its side and cut into 8-12 slices, looking like the picture!
Enjoy.
I figured 6-10 pieces is a serving.

I use chipped beef. If you like pickles, you will love these! - 12/28/11

    Incredible!
My neighbor makes these with chipped beef, but it seems to be hard to find. I use salami or pastrami to give it more flavor. Didn't like these at first, but they grow on you. Love the low cals and salty, creamy, crunchy taste. - 5/22/10

definitely easier to spread the cream cheese on the ham rather than the pickles and then roll the ham with cheese around the pickle. That's the only thing I would change though- very tasty! - 4/15/10

I love these but since I don't eat pork I use turkey slices. Just as yummy! - 2/5/09

I've made this before I started SP. I had no idea it was low cal. Another variation on this is to use green onions. That is, if you don't mind onion breath. - 2/3/09

    Incredible!
We make this every Thanksgiving, Christmas, superbowl etc. We do it slightly different by using small sweet pickles, putting the cream cheese on a slice of ham and rolling up two or three pickles. Also add green chilis to half of them if you like a kick. - 2/3/09
