    Chop up the 3 pork loin chops (like in a chinese dish) and serve over the rice... sounds delicious! may try it tonite. - 3/3/09

    I'm guessing but maybe the pork chops get chopped up and added to the dish like a stir fry, and that's how you can get 4 servings? - 2/19/09
