this is a great recipe but make sure you add olive oil to get that MUFA. Take a tbsp of OO and mix chicken legs in it before you put spices on. Or use OO Spray and spray the legs prior to adding spices. - 11/30/08

this was AWESOME. I had seven rather large chicken legs, so I used 1/2 c crumbs (Italian flavored Panko) and 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese, 1/2 t pepper and 1/2 t garlic powder. I wish I had used olive oil as another user advised. Will definately make this again. Served with br rice & froz corn. - 1/26/11

I give this five stars because my whole family really liked it. I have a son that whines about the foods I make, and this is the first time in ages that he has taken a bite and said "hmmm". This was so simple and yet, so good! - 8/29/09

There is NO good reason to bake chicken legs at 375 for an hour!!! This will totally dry out your chicken!!! Anytime meat or poultry is cooked on the bone, the bone promotes convection and reduces cooking time!! Twenty minutes will do it!

My daughter called it the best chicken she has ever had. I added just a pinch of garlic powder. The cooking time took about 90 minutes. - 5/16/11
