I changed this slightly by using Oikos Greek Yogurt (Vanilla) for more protien. I also used Unsweetened Almond Milk instead of 1% milk and I did not add ice cubes as my strawberries & bananas were frozen.

Now I've never been a lover of the smoothie but this morning I tried this recipe and I couldn't believe what I had been missing. It's great...a little tart but a little splenda could do the trick. - 11/10/09

This is a great base recipe to have. You can adjust and/or add pretty much anything you want to it! Also, I use whole frozen strawberries..it helps if you like it to be really cold without watering it down with too much ice. Oh...another idea is to add aloe vera liquid and/or vitamin supplements! - 1/27/08

Love this smoothy! I also have to have it as a dessert or snack as it raises my bloodsugars too much, but its a healthier snack than heavy fat ice cream. Add this to your ice cream maker for a frozen yougurt ice cream. - 12/10/07
