Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients
-
1 cup all purpose flour
2 eggs
1 cup skim milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp savory flakes (optional)
Directions
Makes 6 puddings (look like popovers)
Heat oven to 425 F
Spray popover pans or deep muffin pans with PAM (I have found that the PAM PROFESSIONAL for high heat gives a better rise.
Pour equally into 6
Place in hot preheated oven
DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR FOR 22 minutes OR THEY WILL FALL!!
Take a look at 22 minutes---sometimes another minute or two will brown them up nicely.
Enjoy mopping up your gravy!!

I can't believe how good these are. I thought that without butter or fat they would just be like a block but these were luscious and creamy inside. i cooked mine for just the 22 minutes and while they were only lightly brown- I am glad i took them out as the inside was a little puddeny still.
