Ingredients

    4 medium zuchinni, grated
    1 cup chopped onion
    2-3 cloves garlic, diced
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    2 TBLS dried Tarragon
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Put all ingredients except salt and pepper in heavy skillet. Cook over medium heat about 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper if desired when finished cooking. Makes two large servings or four small.

    I make something similar I add a can of diced tomatoes and top with cheese. So obviously more calories - 8/8/11
