Ingredients

    16 oz. frozen broccoli
    3 c. skim milk
    1 (10.75 oz.) can Cream of Potato soup
    1 (11 oz.) can Cheddar Cheese soup
    2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions

Boil broccoli until crisp tender, drain and return to pan. In the meantime whisk together milk and soups. Add soups and milk to broccoli and cook on medium low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occassionally. Add cheese, allow to melt and serve. Makes five 1 1/2 c. servings

    This concept is simple, but I would never made something that used canned soup. A white sauce with cheese and potato is just too easy. - 2/3/20
