These were delicious! Because I had it on hand, I replaced the celery with diced orange bell pepper and it added great flavor. I fried them in olive oil flavored Pam to cut some calories. I will definitely make these again and again. - 6/15/07

Amazing idea to switch up everyday tuna. i used a countertop grill instead of frying, and ate it with a sweet potato. Even my younger brother liked it, a miracle! - 4/17/11

My patties kept falling apart. Is there a trick to keeping them together? (I used 2 big cans of tuna, and perhaps the recipes calls for 2 small cans of tuna ... that might have been my problem. I'll have to try it again with small cans.) It might be better with a sauce added, as it was a bit dry - 3/21/07

this was great-you don't even need to make burgers! add peas and make your own breadcrumbs with half a slice of wheat bread for a great, filling dish. - 12/26/10

Growing up this was a staple we called Tuna Loaf - Mom put it in a casserole dish and baked it using more bread crumbs. It was kinda like a dressing. Add a salad & fruit for a meal. - 4/11/10

I added some parsley, dill, and paprika. Regular chunk tuna has too mushy of a texture for me, so next time I think I will try using albacore. Delicious - will be making again. - 2/7/08

I added 1/8 cup red onion and 1/8 cup red pepper and an extra minced garlic for added flavor. We love garlic here. The patties turned out excellent, moist and I served them on whole wheat buns. Even my brother who doesn't care for tuna enjoyed it. Topped with romaine lettuce and salad on side. - 2/17/18

I found this recipe in the "Create your own Freezer Meals" So, when do you freeze them for future use? Patty and freeze before you bake or do you bake, cool then freeze to be rewarmed later. And if the later, do you thaw, cook from frozen, temp, time?? - 2/23/13

try adding dill or parsley or both and maybe more horseradish according to reviewers. also albacore tuna will hold together better as a pattie. - 3/11/12

Definitely Incredible! As I'm writing this, it's the 2nd time I made these tuna burgers. For those having a hard time keeping the patties together, try to use a food processor to chop up the veggies. Also, sprinkle in your favorite spices to add the flavor you like. Keep up the great work RHIENN! - 10/29/07

These were great. They satisfied my burger craving.
I added grated carrot to them and had no trouble keeping the patties together. I didn't want the hassle of frying and then baking so I broiled my patties, 7-10 minutes on each side, and they came out great.
