Ingredients

    1 Can Mexican Stewed Tomatoes
    1 Can Diced Tomatoes
    Mexi Style Corn
    1 lb Ground White Turkey
    Chili Seasoning or Chili Powder
    Chopped Onion
    Green Peppers
    1 Can Black Beans

Directions

Brown ground turkey, add chopped green peppers, onions, and chili seasoning at same time to flavor meat. After meat is done, drain any grease. Add tomatoes, black beans, and corn. Add salt and pepper to taste. If you want a little heat, add a little caynenne or hot sauce.

Simmer on low for 30 minutes. Good with some corn bread.

    I loved this chili. I used chunks and shredded pieces of turkey breast from a whole turkey I cooked this week. I drained the beans (too salty) and added a can of water to the chili. I used 1 Tbs of olive oil to cook the onions and peppers in and added the turkey later. I added a little Mrs. Dash - 4/19/09

    This Recipie is my FAVORITE!!!! I use red orange and yellow peppers instead of the green ones. Just a tip..this yields 8 cups so serving size is one cup :) - 10/10/09

    This recipe is a keeper! Easy, not a lot of ingrediants needed and a quick hearty, healthy supper. We wrapped ours in a whole wheat wrap and added a salad...wonderful and filling. - 8/5/09

    very easy and tasty. Added zuchinni and cilantro. I think even spinach would tast good in this. Kids had with a little chesse on top but I don't think it needed it at all. I added a little crushed chili peppers. - 2/18/10
