Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Cucumber with peel, sliced thin
    2 Tbsp. Fat free sour cream
    2 tsp. Splenda
    1 Tbsp. Vinegar, cider, white, red wine (your choice)

Directions

Mix sour cream, splenda, vinegar together. Add thinly sliced cucumbers. Can be served immediately or refrigerate 1/2 hour.

Makes 2 1/2 Cup servings.

    i just did it but wt a twist: instead of splenda...nothing. i don't use sweet things wt cucumber and instead of sour cream i used fat free yogurt. if u add some minced garlic u get Tzatziki, the Greek dish ;) - 3/19/07
