Tastes great and is low in calories. It is a really good healthy quiche recipe. Instead of pastry as the crust you use the brown rice. It turns out really good and tastes fantastic! The whole family enjoyed it, if fact hubby had 3 pieces. Tastes great and is low in calories.

Brown rice makes the crust fall apart. Just use crust next time. Frozen spinach takes WAY too much time to pat dry. I didn't have too much of a problem with it, but family didn't like it that much. Said it had too much spinach taste in it. (I think due to frozen spinach) Try different recipe - 6/12/12
