Ingredients

    1 Can of Organic Black Beans- drained
    1 whole tomato, cut in cubes
    1 Hass Avocado, no skin or seed, cubed
    2 tablespoons of chopped onion
    a dash of chilli powder, cilantro and pepper
    juice of 1 lime


Directions

toss all ingredients in a bowl
put 1 cup of the mix on a wrap or flatbread
delicious and easy!
makes 4- 1 cup servings
