Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    3/4 cup cottage cheese
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon butter or margarine
    1/3 cup water
    2 1/2 cups flour
    2 tablespoon dried chives
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast

Directions

1: pre heat oven to 375
2: mix all ingredients, knead dough till they are well blended
3: let rise for about 1 hour
4: grease bread pan
5: form dough into bread pan and let rise for 30 minutes
6: cook for aprox.30-40 minutes
7: remove from bread pan and let cool on bakers rack

Yield 1 loaf approx. 16 slices
