Introduction

Ingredients

    12 oz, tuna--I use the Starkist packets in water
    2 tbsp Miracle Whip Light Dressing
    1 tbsp each of sweet and dill pickle relish
    1 lg Hard boiled egg, chopped fine

Directions

Hard boil egg and chop up. Mix with tuna and rest of ingredients. Use on bread as a sandwich, or with lettuce and carrot.

    I'm not sure about the tomato stuff. For me tuna and tomato have a metalic taste together. But if a person likes it with tomato, then that is definitely an option. Let us know how it is, Mollie.

    I also mix in some diced celery with my tuna for a little crunch, and I use the fat free Miracle Whip instead of the light. I prefer mine on top of a salad, it eat that all the time for lunch or dinner. - 6/5/09

    I've never even thought of mustard with Tuna. Does it substitute for Mayo or is it used with the Mayo?

    Ooo. That sounds good. I like it with apple, but my husband doesn't like fruit in tuna, thus I make it without. :-(
