Introduction
Whether or not this is a "real" chicken curry, it's tasty and smells fantastic when you walk in to the house at the end of the day. I serve it with brown rice. 2 C water
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1.5 tsp salt

This smelled SO good cooking away all day in my kitchen. I kind of over did it on the curry. Oops! I mistook tsp for tbsp when I was prepping.. thankfully I cut it back to 2 instead of 5! LOL I also added mushrooms and thickened it some with sour cream and a bit of corn starch to make it creamy. - 7/23/12

Not as much flavor as I expected...but then again I used less salt (as I usually do) and upon the recommendations of other members, I also used less curry powder by 1 tsp. Next time will make as the recipe says and may also add red pepper flakes. Definitely good! Even my picky niece loved it! - 8/2/09
