After we all finished eating, my husband looked at me and said,"What did you think?" I told him I'd liked it and he said,"Oh yeah, me too! Let's keep it!" This coming from a pretty picky guy. GREAT RECIPE! This will definitely become one of our staples. We tried it with three cheese tortellini, yum! - 4/13/10

This recipe was really good! my boyfriend had a craving for italian food and this def. hit the spot while still managing to be relatively guilt free. I cut the oil in half and added a bit of lean chicken/turkey sausage for a bit of extra protien along with whole wheat farfalle, it was delish! - 1/12/10

This was very good! I added a little chicken, some mushrooms and spinach with some extra Italian seasoning and put the leftovers in the freezer for later. Not sure how my 11 year old liked it. He didn't finish all of it, but he's still getting used to veggies, and I love them! Will make again! - 11/13/09

I loved this! Yummy, yummy, yummy - it tasted so decadent but I knew it wasn't. I made a few small changes - I used more onion and chopped it and the zucchini instead of slicing; I only used 1 T of olive oil instead of 2; I used 2 oz of whole wheat spaghetti per serving instead of 1/2 c fusili. - 1/21/09

Very good. Didn't have zucchini (fiance wouldn't eat it anyway). Added chopped green pepper, a fresh roma tomato, oregano, crushed red pepper and Mrs. Dash tomato/basil seasoning. Use more than 1/2 of the jar too because I LOVE that stuff! Turned out great and I will definitely save this recipe. - 3/21/08

Everyone really enjoyed this dish. I sauted chopped fresh tomatoes and fresh mushrooms to go in and used vegie rotini pasta.I omitted the canned tomatoes and only had regular Alfredo sauce. Turned out colorful and tasty. We ate it hot w/ lo cal toasted garlic buns and salad.Adding chicken next time - 6/28/07
