Introduction

Easiest recipe ever! Works great in tacos, burritos, enchiladas or even on a salad.

Be sure that your chicken breasts are defrosted. If still frozen, the meat will have too much moisture and will change the taste.

Trust me - it does NOT taste like chicken and salsa.

My family really liked this. I added a packet of taco seasoning and one chipolte pepper to my Walmart brand Southwest salsa that had beans and corn in it. Very good! - 8/3/09

I love making chicken this way! I am in the process now of making the chicken salsa in the crockpot, and we are having Fiesta night tonight... Put it in a tortilla, a taco shell, on a salad, delicious! - 2/18/11

Well, I have never timed it, but I would say at least 6 hours. I cook it until the chicken shreds easily.
