The sodium in this recipe doesn't seem to be very healthy... I would try to lower the sodium to under 400 of you can by using low sodium soup . But I am going to try this recipe because I love stuffed cabbage but hate that you can't get more sauce into the meat and rice. Thanks - 7/27/10

This is amazing.. I forgot to put the rice in with the meat.. oops, but it still turned out really really good. I used ground turkey instead of beef, it took a few calories away.
I am having it for lunch today.. YUMMMMMY
