Ingredients

    1 Quart Strawberries, sliced
    4 Med. Bananas, sliced
    1 Large Tub Cool Whip Free
    1 Angel Food Cake
    1 Handful Vanilla Wafers, crushed
    Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup
    Sugar Free Caramel Syrup

Directions

1. Tear angel food cake into bite size pieces
2. Layer the angel food cake, bananas and strawberries in a large bowl
3. Cover with a layer of Cool Whip and sprinkle 1/3 of wafers on top. Top with syrup.
4. Continue to make layers until you are out of ingredients. (I usually get 3 layers.)

    I made a few changes to suit our family's tastes and everyone loved it! Added sugar free vanilla pudding and sugar free blackberry jam and left out the chocolate and caramel syrups. Fantastic summer dessert! - 7/4/07
