Ingredients

    3 bananas
    1 cup chopped dates
    .25 chopped dried figs
    1 oz walnuts, chopped
    .25 cup dried cranberries
    2 cups oats
    1 tbsp vanilla
    .5 tsp salt
    optional - cinnamon

Directions

Mash bananas. Add fruit and nuts, stir and mash well. Add oats, vanilla, salt. Cook at 425 for 20 minutes.

    Ok, I'll admit that I never thought these cookies would be this delicious. But they are fantastic. I only cooked them for 15 minutes because they looked like they were charring. Still a really great recipe. - 7/5/12
