1 cup chopped dates
.25 chopped dried figs
1 oz walnuts, chopped
.25 cup dried cranberries
2 cups oats
1 tbsp vanilla
.5 tsp salt
optional - cinnamon
Directions
Mash bananas. Add fruit and nuts, stir and mash well. Add oats, vanilla, salt. Cook at 425 for 20 minutes.
