Introduction

Ingredients

(4) 4 oz Tilapia filets
2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp Best Foods or Hellmann's light mayo
1 Tbsp lime juice
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp dried dill weed
dash of sea salt
Directions
Place Tilapia filets on broiling pan and sprinkle with 1/2 of the dill weed and a dash of sea salt. Place on top rack of oven, broil for 2-3 minutes. While it is broiling, mix the rest of the ingredients, including the rest of the dill weed. Remove Tilapia from oven, spread with the parmesan mixture, place back under broiler for 2-3 minutes.
***Note*** If using frozen Tilapia filets, you can bake first according to package directions, then add the coating & broil, or just coat the fish and bake according to package directions.
Makes 4 servings.

I have not made this but have been searching for some good Tilapia recipes that have a lot of flavor and low calories. This one sounds great! Will try this one this week! - 9/24/08

I really love this because it is super easy, and has a lot of flavor. I just use the grated parmesan in the green can, instead of spending a lot on the fresh stuff. I had never cooked fish before making this, and found the recipe on Spark and modified it. I hope you like it!
