Good recipe. I varied it by using Miracle Whip, garlic powder with parsley, and dried basil since they were what I had. My tilapia was frozen so I baked it first for 10 minutes and broiled for 2 with the topping. It was moist and flavorful! - 2/27/12

Love this Frankie. I used Ican't believe it light and the real parmessan because I keep it on hand. This is a quick simple recipe anyone can do even with frozen fish. - 10/16/08

I really love this because it is super easy, and has a lot of flavor. I just use the grated parmesan in the green can, instead of spending a lot on the fresh stuff. I had never cooked fish before making this, and found the recipe on Spark and modified it. I hope you like it!
