Great alternative to a hot breakfast when you're short on time. I mix everything up ahead of time and store it in separate containers. It's so easy in the morning to grab a pita and have a healthy breakfast. - 9/25/07

I LOVE this recipe (as does my boyfriend). About once a month I make a big batch and split it with him. I'm not a huge black olive fan so I don't put those in, but the inclusion of feta cheese really makes this recipe great! - 3/18/07

Yummy yummy, I substitute hummus for the mayo & zahtar (a middle eastern spice mixture) for the oregano. - 8/1/12

Serves 3, so I reckon you mean 3 pitas? Then the various fillings are each divided by 3 - makes more sense.
I really like this idea - my mouth is watering as I read it!
Great idea to prepare all ingredients and store separately, and so have extras (cucumber, tuna, carrot, grapes, apple, lime, herb

The calorie count doesn't seem accurate. You only counted calories for 1 pita bread, but one wrap gets a whole pita. All the amounts seem to me like the amounts for 1 serving, except the olives. 100 g. seems like appropriate amt. for 3 wraps. So, I'm wondering the recipe started out for 1? - 4/24/13

Do you actually use a CUP of chopped, hard-boiled egg in this or do you use just one egg? Just curious. - 4/7/11

I didn't have any black olives so substituted calamato. Very good and handy! - 3/11/10
