Ingredients

    1-2 Cans stewed tomatoes
    3 Green Onions or 1 small onion
    3 Celery Sticks
    2 Cans Green Beans
    1 Pound Carrotts
    1.5 Green Peppers
    1 Can Beef Broth Fat Free
    1 Pound Stew Beef

Directions

Dice all veg and throw in crock pot and cook overnight or for 6-8 hours. Meat is thrown in with raw veg and becomes tender as it cooks along with the veg. (Stewed Beef the best to use)

    I followed this recipe to the letter without adding salt (or other seasonings) and resisted adding potatoes. Feared it would be bland, but this was DELICIOUS! Hearty, tasty, and healthy (and did I mention EASY?)! We loved this dish. - 8/21/12
