I used this recipe to make muffins instead of bread. So moist, and great flavor with the nutmeg! I have a new favorite!! Thanks for sharing :) - 3/7/10

    Incredible!
Extremely good although my hubby thought it could use slightly more banana and slightly less nutmeg. I didn't have a divided pan and had to cook it in a glass bread pan so I had to cook it for 50 minutes. Liked it so much I made 3 loaves! - 9/13/13

    Incredible!
Very moist and sweet and super easy and quick to make. I had to bake it for 40 min since I used a 9x9 pan without dividers (the center needed to bake longer). My kitchen smells yummy! - 3/28/12

Yummy. I add dates, unsweetened coconut, cranberries, nuts, and anything else I can find! - 8/13/11

I made these as a healthier option to a Tim Horton's banana muffin during a craving! Super delicious! Would add walnuts next time, but otherwise, a perfect recipe :) - 1/3/11

    Very Good
Very good! I used 3/4 cup of Splenda instead of sugar and I found them to be a bit too sweet! Very very moist and the aroma in the house is - amazing! - 3/27/10

Mine are in the oven right now and they smell delicious!! I can't wait to take them out! I snuck a little lick at the spoon to taste it (I'm bad) and even the batter was good. - 3/14/10

I made this instead of buying the high calorie banana muffins at the bakery and my husband said it was the best ever, so not only do we cut back on the calories, we get a great tasting low calorie snack to have with our coffee. - 2/11/10
