Pretty good! Very easy to make. I think I bought the wrong type of jalepenos - not much flavor, so i ended up having to add crushed red pepper for some spice. The 1/4 cup of cilantro (I used fresh) was a little over powering, so next time i might use dried or less of the fresh. Can't wait to try! - 9/1/07

I am not a fan of cilantro so I 1/2 the amount and found this to be a flavorful and tasty hummus! Will have this at future parties. - 11/15/20

Mmm! Better than store-bought. My husband added a little bit of mild curry powder to bring out the flavor. Deeeelish! We're never buying prepared hummus again. - 8/13/12

Hummus was delicious!! I like strong flavors, so I added more cilantro, lemon, jalapenos and cumin.
The liquid from the beans was perfect for making hummus smoother.
I am looking forward to eating it after it has time to "sit".
Definitely no more store-bought hummus for me!!!

As a hummus and cilantro lover, this was great! I have tried several variation based on what ingredients I have on hand. Every time ends up SUPER! The longer it sits the better it tastes. However it generally gets eaten up as fast as I make it! - 4/11/11

Very tasty! I used lime juice rather than lemon juice and i added a table spoon of fat free yogurt to make it a bit more creamy. I deleted the jalapenos but added a dash of louisiana hot sauce. Yum! - 7/24/10

EXCELLENT!!! I really didn't think I'd like it. I've tasted the reg. hummus -from the store- and thought it sucked. And once I opened the garbonzo's, I really didn't think I'd like this but IT ROCKS!! AWESOME stuff! I can now say I LOVE HUMMUS! At least when I make it myself!!!!

It's really great! I cooked garbanzos from scratch with my new pressure cooker. And I don't have a food processor so I mashed them by hand. Also added some tahini. My husband was ecstatic. :-) - 5/27/08

I love this! I really need a food processor though, I used a blender and it took forever. I only made a 1/2 batch, used a little less cilatro and a little more jalepenos. - 9/7/07

Very easy to make, just put all the ingredients in the food processor. It was fun to try a different flavored hummus (I usually just make the traditional version), and since I like cilantro, this was a nice variation. The rest of the family liked it too. Low fat, high fiber too. - 8/15/07

YUM! I ate way more than one serving of this last night and probably will again tonight. Never again will I buy hummus from the store, this was way to easy and delicious. It took longer to clean my food proccessor than to make this dish and we loved it! I skipped the jalapenos since I'm wimpy:-) - 8/3/07
