Love grilled cheese, but face it. One piece of cheese isn't enough. I always use two slices. One whole and one cut in half to fill the bare spots. I have always made these, and usually have some soup, chips and or fruit with it for a healthy meal. - 4/13/18

Sounds delicious! I would add sliced tomatoes to up the nutritional value a bit though! Other than that, would go lovely with a low fat tomatoe soup on a cold day!!! - 3/7/10

This looks yummy and makes me realize I can also make a healthy grilled cheese sandwich. I think I would make mine on a sandwich thin and save 100 calories. I'd probably use olive oil (sound strange?) to cook with. Thanks for sharing would be great on this snowy day! - 3/3/10
