Introduction

A SPARKtacular choice, you probably have most ingredients on hand! This versatile dressing taste great with almost any green salad. You can also marinade meat, such as chicken, for grilling! A SPARKtacular choice, you probably have most ingredients on hand! This versatile dressing taste great with almost any green salad. You can also marinade meat, such as chicken, for grilling!
Number of Servings: 54

Ingredients

    3/4 Cup Olive Oil
    1/2 Fresh Lemon Juice
    3 Fresh Garlic Cloves, chopped or crushed
    3/4 tsp Black Pepper, Freshly Ground
    3/4 tsp Sea Salt

Directions

Add more Black Pepper &/or Sea Salt to taste, if desired. You can use less Olive Oil for lower fat & a SPARKy taste. Put in a glass jar or cruet, shake. (Keeps indefinately in the fridge). 2 teaspoons per serving.

For marinades, put the desired amount of dressing in a ziploc bag with meat. Refrigerate 30-60 minutes. Grill.

    It may be good but the calorie and fat count is not correct for this recipe. There are only 48 teaspoons in a cup and therefore probabaly only 40 in this recipe...that makes the fat much higher...1 tbsp of Oil oil is 120 calories with 12 g of fat. - 5/15/10

    This is so yummy, you can put it on a salad full of different veggies its not overbearing, I even tried it on some chicken I was grilling it was just enough zesty YUM!! - 6/24/07
