Ingredients

    1 cup cooked navy beans (or any white bean)
    1 cup brown rice
    6 cups water
    20 medium baby carrots
    1/2 cup shelled edamame (soy beans)
    1 whole onion chopped
    2 cups fresh green cabbage, chopped
    1 tbsp curry powder
    4 medium ripe tomatoes, chopped

Directions

Place all ingredients in pot and simmer until nicely blended.
