    1 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup cider vinegar
    3 lg. cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    1/3 cup whole grain mustard
    4 chicken breast halves

    1/4 cup yellow mustard
    2 tbsp chopped parsley
    1 tbsp cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper


Sir onion, vinegar, garlic and brown sugar into 6 qt. slow -cooker to combine. Spread whole grain mustard on chicken breasts. Place in slow cooker. Cover, cook on low-heat seting for 5-6 hours (till falls apart). Remove chicken to a cutting board, let stand 5 minutes.

Pour braising liquid from slow-cooker through sieve, over a 1 qt. glass measuring cup. Transfer onion solids and 1/2 cup of the braising liquid to a large bowl. Add dressing ingredients to onion mixture and whisk together.

Shred the chicken into large pieces, Add to dressing, toss. Serve on toasted buns with coleslaw if desired.
