Beautiful, cool Summer salad packed with vitamins! Beautiful, cool Summer salad packed with vitamins!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    4 cups Fresh Spinach
    2 Clementine Oranges
    1/2 cup Dried Cherries
    2 TBS Sliced Almonds
    1 Hard Boiled Egg
    4 TBS Fat Free Raspberry Vinaigrette

Directions

Wash the Spinach well and "spin" or pat leaves free of water. Remove long stems. Peel oranges and pull apart into segments. Slice hard boiled egg.

In a large bowl place spinach on bottom. Top with orange segments, cherries and sliced almonds. Put sliced egg on top. Drizzle with dressing.....serve cold.
