    * Bread, rye, 1 slice
    * Egg white, 1 serving
    * *Cabot Vermont 50% Light Cheddar Cheese, 1 oz
    * Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), .5 tbsp
    * Oscar Mayer Ham, 1 slice


Coat pan with cooking spray and cook egg white shaping into a "filet" to fit onto bread slice till desired. Slice bread in half and lightly toast, then spread mayo on each side. Top one half of bread with ham and cheese, place cooked egg on top of cheese and place other half of bread on top. Enjoy.
