    8oz. diced, pre-cooked chicken [Purdue Short Cuts Carved Chicken Breast Southwestern Style 6oz pkg]
    3c frozen mixed vegetables [peas, carrots, green beans]
    10.75oz. can of 98% Fat-free Cream of Celery Soup
    2 prepared servings instant mashed potatoes (using 1% milk & butter)
    Seasonings to taste
    Cooking spray


1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Warm pre-cooked chicken and add seasonings.
3. Cook vegetable to package instructions.
4. Mix all ingredients together.
5. Place ingredients in 9 round baking dish sprayed with Pam.
6. Cook for 30 minutes or until bubbly, stirring halfway through.
7. While cooking, prepared instant potatoes according to package directions (2 servings),
8. Add potatoes to top of chicken mixture; broil for 3 minutes until golden brown.

Makes 4 1/4 9" pan servings.
