    8-10 fresh jalapenos
    1 large orange bell pepper
    1 medium red onion
    1 bunch of cilantro
    6 garlic cloves
    4 cups chicken broth
    2 cups half an half
    4 T butter
    ¼ cup cornstarch


Melt butter in large sauce pan or stock pot.
Puree jalapenos,bell pepper, onion,cilantro, and garlic in a food processor. Saute pureed veggies in the butter. Add ½ cup flour and simmer about 10 minutes.
Add chicken broth and simmer for about 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
Turn stove down very low or transfer to crock pot on low. Add 2 cups half and half….make sure you don’t let creamy soup boil or it will curdle. Keep on very low heat until ready to serve.
