    1/2 cup splenda brown sugar blend
    1/4 cup splenda sugar blend
    1/2 stick I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Cooking & Baking (softened)
    3/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
    3 egg whites
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup oats
    4 tbsp mini chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
    4 tbsp toffee bits


Preheat oven to 350.
Cream together butter, apple sauce and sugars until smooth.
Add egg whites and vanilla.
Slowly add dry ingredients except chocolate chips until mixed.
Add chocolate chips and lightly mix to blend.
Bake tablespoon sized dough on parchment paper for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Cookies might seem underdone, but will continue to cook once removed.

Makes 36 cookies.
