Great on a cool winter day or just anytime you want a bowl of stick to your ribs meal. Great on a cool winter day or just anytime you want a bowl of stick to your ribs meal.
Number of Servings: 15


    4 chicken Breast
    1 15 oz can of chick peas
    1 15 oz can of sweet corn
    2 10.75 oz of stewed tomatoes
    3 cups of chicken broth
    2 cups white wine
    1 14.75 oz can of cream of mushroom soup
    1 13.25 oz box of whole wheat Penne pasta
    1 teaspoon of Salt & Pepper
    2 Tablespoons chopped garlic
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    1 teaspoon oregano
    1/2 cup of yellow mustard
    1/4 cup chipotle mustard


Take 4 breast of chicken and season on both sides with salt,pepper,garlic powder,onion powder and oregano. Then place chicken in a 5 quart crock pot. Then add your chick peas,corn,stewed tomatoes,cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, white wine, yellow mustard, chipotle mustard and stir. Cook on high for 4 hour or put on low for the day. when there is about 30 mins left in cooking time add the box of penne and at this time pull chicken out and cut up into strips and replace back in pot until pasta is done. You can cut up chicken into strips in the very begin if you like. Just at the end before serving taste and add more spices as needed. This makes 15 one serving cups for only 225 calories. Add with a salad and you have a great meal!
