    Spinach, fresh, 4 cup
    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 4 cup, shredded
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 plum tomato
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shredded
    Salsa, 1 cup
    Avocados, California (Haas), 1 fruit without skin and seeds
    *Lawry’s Taco Seasoning, 4 tsp
    Beans, red kidney, 1 cup


4 servings total.

In a skillet cook and drain ground turkey and prepare according to taco seasoning packet directions.

Wash and chop romaine and spinach. Distribute evenly between 4 plates.

Top with seasoned and prepared ground turkey, thinly sliced red onion, tomatoes, avocado, salsa, kidney beans, and cheese. Enjoy!!
