    -- 1 filet de porc ou roti de porc (580g. dans ce cas-ci)
    -- 2 gousses d'ail
    -- 2 c. a table de moutarde de Dijon
    -- 2 tasses de bouillon de poulet 25% moins de sodium Campbell
    -- 2 oignons moyens coupes en quatre


-- Donne 3 portions de +- 190 g. une fois cuit
-- Prechauffer le four a 350 degre F
-- Dans un bol melanger le bouillon de poulet, la moutarde de Dijon et l'ail
-- Dans un plat couvert allant au four, mettre le filet de porc, les morceaux d'oignons et verser le melange liquide.
Cuire environ 1:30 a 2:00 heures.
