    2 c. planters deluxe mixed nuts
    4 c walnuts
    2 1/2 c currants or raisins
    1 c dried cherries
    3 c chopped dates
    2 c Spanish peanuts
    2 c almonds
    2 c crasins
    1 c dried blueberries
    1/4 c flax seed
    1/4 c sunflower seeds
